However, I was proud of myself for not throwing in the towel on my goal when I skipped on Tuesday. The old Katie would have said "FAIL!" and stop working toward the goal. The new Katie just wants to climb back up on the horse and ride again!
This week's habit replacement is no stranger to me. If you have been following my getting healthy journey, then you know I struggle with soda. Coca-Cola is my FAVORITE drink in the world. So, this week's habit it ditching the soda! I wrote a post on this a while back when I had quit drinking it for 8 weeks. You can check out that post here if you struggle as I do.
On an upside, last time I did a body test on the wii, which was about 3 days ago, I had lost .5 pound. I'm not really focusing on a number, but I do know that I have gained a little weight, so I'll take the loss and be happy.
Sorry to cut yet another post short, but school is starting to hit me full on. So, it will probably be this way until after December 17. Know what happens on that day? I GRADUATE! :-)
