Mamavation Monday 9/26 - Early Hours

I wish I could say that I was planning some great trip or training for a major race before 2011 ends, but sadly, I am in the last 2 1/2 months of my education.  These next few months are going to be rigorous and extra things will have to be placed on the backburner until December 16, which is my last final. The only way I will not be graduating in December is if I get lower than a "C" in Organic Chemistry.  My average at the moment is a B, so I'm hanging on tight to that!

I am excited about this week's topic, however.  I LOVE camping and hiking.  I have had my son on trails since he was 4 months old.  We took him on his first camping trip this past mother's day and he keeps asking when we are going back!  I want him to have a great appreciation for Mother Nature and all she has to offer us.

Summary of last week:

I had 2 sodas (coke of course), which is an improvement!  This week's goal once again is going to be ZERO soda.  I can do this, right? I did slip on yoga a few nights simply because I would come home from class and collapse from exhaustion!  Last week was killer to be quiet honest.  Two tests, a quiz and a pile of homework due.  BLAH! This ends soon, right?

This week's fitness goal is to implement cardio back into my workout routine.  So, in addition to my nightly yoga, I will be doing the GruntStyle 2 week challenge

This week's personal goal is to tweak my wake time (attempt number one milion!). I got up at 5am this morning with some ease, but we will see how tomorrow goes since I have class from 10a-9p tonight! In addition to this goal, I am going to attempt to get back into my regular social media schedule.  This includes regular participation in Mamavation TV, twitter, and my usual twitter parties.  I have missed the social media scene!  I have missed blogging regularly as well, so here's to keeping it going!

You are one very busy bee. I am in the same boat you are though so i know exactly how you feel. I to am going to school though only part-time it does take a toll on me. I work full tim 8-5 then home with the kids (8 and 5) they require attention and help homework. Then dinner and bed time. As soon as there done. My day still does not end. Then is school online for a few hours. Tonight will be killer. have a paper due by tmrw.. ahh.. im such a procrasinator. But still i do manage to get everything done and still squeeze my excercise somewhere in between. So good luck keep it up and hopefully it will die down soon for you to be able to breath a litte.

Great job on only having 2 sodas this past week!! You are very busy, good luck with the final 2 months of school. Waking up earlier has been on my list for ages, two days a week I can manage getting up early to run so far. Have a wonderful week.
