I am excited about this week's topic, however. I LOVE camping and hiking. I have had my son on trails since he was 4 months old. We took him on his first camping trip this past mother's day and he keeps asking when we are going back! I want him to have a great appreciation for Mother Nature and all she has to offer us.
Summary of last week:
I had 2 sodas (coke of course), which is an improvement! This week's goal once again is going to be ZERO soda. I can do this, right? I did slip on yoga a few nights simply because I would come home from class and collapse from exhaustion! Last week was killer to be quiet honest. Two tests, a quiz and a pile of homework due. BLAH! This ends soon, right?
This week's fitness goal is to implement cardio back into my workout routine. So, in addition to my nightly yoga, I will be doing the GruntStyle 2 week challenge.
This week's personal goal is to tweak my wake time (attempt number one milion!). I got up at 5am this morning with some ease, but we will see how tomorrow goes since I have class from 10a-9p tonight! In addition to this goal, I am going to attempt to get back into my regular social media schedule. This includes regular participation in Mamavation TV, twitter, and my usual twitter parties. I have missed the social media scene! I have missed blogging regularly as well, so here's to keeping it going!
