I have gained weight. I am not sure how much, but I have gained some. I know this because I feel it.
My water intake has been great, but my eating and fitness level - not so great. School has dominated most of my time this past few weeks, so I have been sitting on my butt and doing a lot of studying.
I'm very frustrated with myself. I think back to myself a year ago when I was literally on top of all my health related goals. I'm back to the same person that joined Mamavation a year and a half ago.
So, this week's goal is to do yoga for a half hour every night before bed. I chose yoga because it will give me some great stretching which I will need since I spend all day sitting in class.
Another goal this week is to blog daily. I have been horrible about blogging and since I'm out of drafts and scheduled posts, I must get creative once again!
This post is rather fitting into this week's question: How is my routine changing since summer is winding down? Any go tips?
My routine is changing in the fact that I now have to add studying and class time into my day. Some of my school days do not end until 9pm! I keep myself organized by planning meals for the week and using my crock pot a lot. Also, I keep a calendar for everyone to access so that we don't miss Soccer practice or a school function. Cozi's calendar has been a life saver!
