I've had a rough time sticking to my goals. I haven't accomplished one goal that I wanted to this year. I'm disappointed, but not dwelling on it simply because I can only change the future.
I've been keeping up with the two week challenge as well. I haven't been eating the best overall, but I at least ditched the soda! And my eating could have been worse.
I was bad however about food journaling! I did great on Monday, but then I woke up for work at 5:30 on Tuesday (which isn't normal for me) and completely blanked on keeping up with it. I am working on making this a habit, but it's been a rough thing. I am wondering about setting reminders on my phone to remind me to input my food journal throughout the day. Anyone struggle with this?
If you have noticed lately on twitter I have been talking about vision boards. I love the idea behind them, but I'm struggling to make one. Well, not struggling, but I am not sure if I have made the goals manageable or not. So, I am taking screeshots of my "boards" I made with powerpoint. I tried to use google docs to do this, but the formatting got COMPLETELY messed up. It was strange. So, I'm putting it here.
The way I figured out what I wanted this board to look like is by sitting down with a pen and writing down everything I wanted to accomplish fitness related. I believe my goals are attainable throughout a twelve month time span.
However, I haven't put anything diet wise on the boards yet. So, I'm still trying to work that in of course. As I stated, these are a work in progress and I need help! I have three more Mondays before I HAVE to have my final version ready!
I know that these goals are going to take definite tweaks to my nutritional intake.
I feel pretty good about these goals (and deadlines) I have set for myself. I am graduating (if Organic final goes well), so I am going to have a lot more free time than I have the last few years. I also figured that making them in powerpoint would allow me to print multiple copies to be placed strategically around me so that thae

Just keep your head up high and you can do. Just keep trying and you'll eventually reach you goal. Like the saying goes try try again. Have a good week this week.
Love how you broke the vision boards down in 90 day increments. I think that makes it a challenge to keep up while still being maintainable.

I really like the vision boards! I've got to try them! AND I like 90 day goals... I tend to make BIG goals, and need to remember to break them down into smaller ones

Vision boards are BRILLIANT, and yours set such great, realistic timelines! I'm very excited to see where you take them. :) And HOLY wow are food journals hard to keep track of, but your phone reminders sound like a great idea.
