On with the post -
I wish I had good news to report but sadly, I don't. I worked out 3 times last week, which isn't the best but it isn't what I was aiming for.
I've gotten a bit lazy since being out of town two weeks ago. It messed up my "groove"/habits. However, I am not letting that get me down. I am going to just keep on going like nothing really happened and pick up my plan where I left it. No starting over this time.
My son's birthday party was awesome! I will be the first to say the birthday cake was pretty yummy too. The party was Saturday and the cake is all gone. Almost all of it was eaten at the party, so thankfully there weren't many left overs! I hate having stuff like that sitting around the house.
This week's habit is going to focus on getting soda out of my diet completely. I am just "ripping the bandaid off" and going cold turkey. There is even soda in my basement now, but my husband refuses to not have any around... So, I will be working on willpower quiet a bit through this little habit change this week.
This week's focus - going with my plan/p90x calendar and removing soda.
